Haven't been able to go back to the gym yet, but I did do daily a big power walk instead.

Just wanted to share this with you and be open about my journey. It may be helpful for some of you to know about my struggles and how I deal with it.

The most important is to learn from mistakes and that sometimes we need to adjust things until it works.

Really like it that they have these everywhere all over Spain, free to use.
