Did make it to the gym this morning ? New week, new motivation to do better than last week ?
What is your weekly workout schedule?
And how long do you workout each day?
For me it's 3 times (Mo, We, Fr) to gym for about 45 min to an hour, other days going for brisk walks.
Do you like potato chips?
Love them ? But try to limit to 30g max per day
What's your favourite flavour?
For the moment my favourite flavour is ham and cheese (Ruffles York'eso)
What are they called in your country/language?
We just call them chips ?
