Just because you took longer than others doesn’t mean you failed. Remember that! Go at your own pace in everything you do. The most important is that you have fun and that you’re happy! #yourownpace It’s been a while I posted about my progress and I failed to get a schedule going for here. With my surgery coming up on 6 February, I have decided to postpone it all until after my recovery. Want to do it good instead of half work. For now I will just keep you random updated. I’ve kept up with almost daily doing my walk and I’ve lost around 5 kilo in one month. Also feeling much better. Nothing extreme, except for the weekly 50 min boxing workout. Food wise also nothing extreme, just healthier and avoiding over eating. Few treats here and there. Thank you for sticking with me on my journey. #happydolly #dollylicious ??
