I'm still not consistent, but got to the gym today ?

What is your favourite exercise to do at the gym?

And which one is your least favourite at the gym?
- not a big fan of the treadmill, find it boring to walk in the same spot, but just using for warming up and cooling down. Prefer to do walking outdoors ?
