Me in a short tight dress making my beetroot salad with herring fillet.
Step by step in 6 photos.
Only 4 ingredients:
1 kilo (2.2 pounds) of beetroot - chopped in small pieces
150 gram (3/4 cup) of white beans - soaked, cooked and cooled off
1 big onion - chopped in small pieces
800 grams of herring fillet in fermented milk sauce with herbs - chopped in small pieces
Mix it all together and you’re done, ready to eat. … Yummy! Don’t forget the secret ingredient … LOVE! ❤️😋
You can change the quantities and kind of fish to make it to your own liking. My list above is for 4 portions, 2 days for me and hubby, this could also vary for you depending your personal portion size preference.
