16th of October, 2023Did make it to the gym this morning ? New week, new motivation to do better than last week ?
What is your weekly workout schedule?
And how long do you workout each day?
For me it's 3 times (Mo, We, Fr) to gym for about 45 min to an hour, other days going for brisk walks.
